Refunds on Luxe Bumps Australia - Maternity Photoshoot Dress Sales

We must be contacted and receive a return tracking number within 5 DAYS of receiving your item. The item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with no stains, alterations or smells and tags still attached.

Returns made within 14 days of receipt will be an exchange only.
Returns are not accepted after 15 days of receipt
SALE OR PRELOVED ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

If you receive the item and there is an issue with quality (I.e. Spots in the fabric or other damage missed in our quality inspection) you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order for it to be exchanged only – otherwise we can not prove the damage was done prior to shipment. Please look over your items!

Damages to package in shipping: Sometimes packages are damaged in shipment. Please take photos of the package and the damages to the item so a claim may be filed with the shipping provider.

Shipping fees, rush orders  and custom fees are not refundable.

If the gown is damaged in any way (makeup, deodorant, pet hair, strong smells, rips, tears, etc) it is NOT returnable/exchangeable and will be returned to the sender. ** NO EXCEPTIONS

Return Shipping is the customer's responsibility

Refunds and Returns Dress Rental

Change your mind

We can swap dresses if you prefer a different style that is available. In the event that you have changed your mind about your order with us, only the security deposit will be refunded to you. 

Rental and shipping costs are strictly non-refundable.

However, we do offer store credit of equal value to use at a future date.

Shipping Delays

We always make sure to send all of our dresses well before your rental start date. However, once we dispatch the garments, we have no control over postal delays from third-party delivery services.

In the event that your dress does not arrive in time for your photo shoot or event, please contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to work out a free extension if the garment isn't immediately booked by someone else after you.

However, if the extension is not possible, please send back the dress within 24 hours of delivery. We will refund you your security deposit once we have received the dress and offer you a store credit for the equal value of your rental. All of our dresses and robes are also suitable for maternity and non-maternity so you can wear them for any special occasion in the future. 

If the dress you booked isn't available on your selected date

If, for whatever reason, the dress you reserved is not available on your chosen date, and you cannot find an alternative dress from our collection, we will provide a full refund on rental, shipping, and security deposit.
