Shipping policy

All orders are posted as a standard parcel with Australia post and have an Australia Post tracking number.

It is important to note that Processing Time and Shipping Time are two very different things.

PROCESSING

Please allow for 3-4 weeks of processing for items that are not ready to post/dispatch.

APPROXIMATE SHIPPING TIMES

Ready-to-post items will be dispatched the next business day from your purchase as a standard Australia Post parcel. If you need express postage please let us know, an additional charge will occur.

Standard postage times are between 3-10 days depending on your location. Please note Australia Post is experiencing some delays due to COVID at the moment so delivery times might be longer than expected.

Rental Dresses will be posted 7 days before your rental start date with Australia post express to ensure timely delivery.

All Luxe Bumps orders will be shipped from Melbourne dispatch center with Australia Post. Local Pick up is currently available for Melbourne residents.

We cannot contribute to the work of transport companies and therefore are not responsible for delivery times and service. We do not refund if the packages arrive late.

Please make your rental orders at least 5-7 days in advance.
